Under the now unified Universal banner, Palmer finally gets the chance to compile an anthology of all his work for both Island and EMI dating from 1974 - 2002. It's a difinitive best of with a taste of whats to come in the form of Milkcow's Calf Blues. The album fails to chart in the US where it gets it's only commercial release but will serve as the difinitive introduction to Palmer's music over time. In November, Universal release "At His very Best", a shorter version of the anthology containing more tracks from Palmers upcoming album, Drive. they are the ZZ Top cover, "TV Dinners" and "I Need Your love So Bad".
