RHYTHM & BLUES 1999

April 12th 1999 sees the release of Palmer’s first album of new material in 5 years. It’s also his debut release for Eagle records in the UK. The album had been released with a slightly different track listing in Japan in 1998 by a Japanese Sony imprint after Palmer’s take on the Beatles’ "The Long And Winding Road" is featured on a Subaru commercial. Later in ’99, the US Warner imprint, Rhino, will release the album under one of it’s subsidiaries, Pyramid Records, a rock specialist label. Palmer plays various US club dates to promote the album.
